The type of personal information collected from the users is almost similar in all the cases without any regard to a particular service you avail. For example, if you are availing our SEO tool or Lead generation tool, you may be required to provide your full name, address and contact details at the time of registration. We collect your personal information at the time you register with us and on multiple occasions as described herein below. For removal of doubt, please note that your first or the last name are not considered your personal information unless they are linked with some other documents or details that can specifically be used together to identify you among others. For example, if you are Jon Smith, your first name Jon is not a personal information because it cannot be used to identify you. However, if we use your name Jon and specifically link with the user using our Services, we may identify you individually with the help of the additional information provided by you.  The personal information also includes the information such as your Credit Card number, Social Security number PAN number, Aadhaar number, Driver’s license number, Full name, date of birth, contact details, home address, identification card issued by the government, Voter id, and passport etc.  We advise you to not to share your personal information in the chat, forums, reviews or at any place on the Platform unless the same is specifically requested by us in line with our Privacy Policy or the Service Agreement.

You can sign in to your account using your social media profiles such as Facebook or Google+. If you login via any social media platform, we shall collect your name, contact details, friend list and profile photo, depending on the privacy settings of your social media account. Unless provided otherwise, for the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the account shall mean your account with our Platform. We need this access to help you in logging in to you account using Facebook or other social media accounts. This way you will be able to use your social media id and password to sign in to your account with us. This access also allows you to share our application with your family and friends by inviting them to download the app using your unique referral link.

You may also share your personal information if you subscribe to our newsletter, send us a communication, or seek any technical support. In the event, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your e-mail id and name. In the event of a technical support, you share your email id and contact details with us. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may request you to provide some additional information such as print-screen of the issue, your IP, internet service provider details and data speed.

  1. Payment details or financial information:

With specific reference to payment details, please note that we do not store your card details. The bank statement can be stored by us for as long as you are registered with us. All the payments are processed through third party payment gateways such as PayU or PayPal and Payonner . All these third party payment gateways use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to keep your bank and card details away from any unauthorized access and use. The payment gateways may, however, store some information that is necessary to process the refunds, cancellations or chargeback. In the case of refunds and cancellations, the payment is credited back to the bank account or the card through which the payment was made by a user. The payment gateways may store the transaction ids to identify the transactions done by you and process the refunds.

Payment gateways need to know the transaction id and card details to process the payment, refunds or chargeback. Telecallers need to know your information such as your contact details to get in touch with you in connection with customer Services.
